What Information Tassu Processes
Tassu may process information such as:
- basic pet details, such as name and photo
- owner and backup contact phone numbers
- caregiver pass details, such as feeding, walking, medication, and important notes
- health profile details, such as vet information, medications, and allergies / important notes
- structured health information, such as vaccinations and vet visits
- technical information related to public share links
- information needed to generate PDF exports
How the Information Is Used
The information is used to provide the app’s core functionality, such as:
- saving and displaying pet information
- creating caregiver passes and vet passes
- creating and showing public share links
- generating PDF exports
- maintaining the service and resolving technical issues
Shared Public Links
Tassu allows you to create a public link for a Caregiver Pass or a Vet Pass. Anyone who receives the link may be able to view the information included in that pass. You can revoke a shared link in the app. A revoked link is no longer publicly accessible.
Service Providers
Tassu uses technical service providers to operate the app. These may include Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Play, and Android sharing features or other apps chosen by the user for sharing files or links.
Data Retention
Information is retained as long as needed for the operation of the app. Revoked links are no longer publicly accessible, although related technical service data may remain in backend systems for some time.
